I was presenting to a room full of tech employees. Smart people. Six-figure salaries. Already investing in ETFs, Microsoft shares, pensions.
Then I asked one simple question: "Who knows what their pension is actually invested in?"
Silence.
90% had no clue. They were literally gambling with their retirement.
The guy buying ETFs? Losing thousands by not buying them through his pension (66% instant tax savings).
