After coaching 252 professionals over 11 months, I've spotted a pattern.

There are three distinct types of clients who come to me. And here's the thing - where you sit isn't just about your job title. It's about where you are in life.

1. The senior leaders

These are the Regional VPs and above. The people earning €200K+ who've climbed the ladder and now they're asking themselves one question: "How much longer do I have to do this?"

They know there's an expiration date to a sales career. The 6am calls with the US. The quarterly pressure. The politics. They're done with it all, but they need to know if they can afford to be done.

Most of them discover they're much further along than they thought. They just needed someone to show them the numbers.

2. The middle tier (my sweet spot)

Senior AEs and front-line managers earning €75K-€200K. They've bought the house, had the kids, and now they're thinking: "Right, what's next?"

These are my ideal clients for Money Mastery coaching because they're at the perfect intersection of earning well and having real decisions to make.

They're asking questions like:

  • What do I do with all these company shares?

  • Is my pension actually working for me?

  • Should I pay off the mortgage early?

  • How do I save for the kids without going broke?

  • Where do I get advice without someone selling me products?

Nobody taught them this stuff in school. But after working together, they can face any financial decision with confidence.

3. The ambitious juniors

SDRs, BDRs, junior AEs earning under €75K. Most of their money is sitting in a savings account because they're saving for a house deposit.

Here's what's mad about this group - they have the most to gain from getting this right early. Some decisions you make in your twenties can be worth €100,000 by the time you're 50.

But there's a problem.

Most junior salespeople know they should invest in learning this stuff. They often haven't budgeted for 1:1 coaching whilst trying to save for a house.

That's why I'm building something specifically for them.

Because the best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is today.

That is it for this weekend. It's my last weekend in the Netherlands and will be going to my sister's 40th birthday party.

Have an amazing weekend!

To your financial freedom,

Sjoerd

P.S. Many previous clients are now holding themselves accountable to their plan by scheduling quarterly meetings with me.
